The Sivantos Group seeks a Senior Manager (m/f) Innovation, Integration and User Experience (IIX) to join the Business Applications team within Group IT. In this position, you will be responsible for leading, defining and growing the team. The team consists of 2 professionals and students based in Germany and owns the complete portfolio of projects in the Integration, Innovation & User Experience area. Under supervision of the Senior Manager IIX, the IIX team will operate as a driving force for delivery of Change Integrations and user experience consulting to technology projects. Additionally, the team will act as an innovation incubator for technology-driven business innovations across different business functions.

Senior Manager (m/f)
Your new role –
challenging and future-oriented
Define and manage the innovation funnel and innovation project portfolio
Assess innovation opportunities and corresponding business KPIs and expected values to enable senior management to make investment choices
Define and own the integration strategy, framework and tools within the Group IT landscape
Offer user experience consultation services to business applications project teams, e.g. eCommerce, HR systems, reporting and other verticals
Support application projects by designing information architectures, conducting usability tests and occasionally creating content
Your qualifications –
solid and appropriate
University degree in Commerce, Computer Science or Information Systems
8+ years of experience in project and program management, at least 4 years in technology solution development area (ideally in innovation and integration management)
Experience in defining strategies and roadmap creation and implementation in the area of Innovation/Integration/User Experience
Financial management of projects with budgets in excess of 250K EUR/USD and 1+ year of execution time
Experience in coordinating, managing and motivating direct reports
Experience with Jira and Confluence, or similar software
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
